Individual Therapy

Each individual therapy session is 50 minutes in length.  Clients have the opportunity to explore and better understand present struggles.  During these sessions, clients discuss both present and past relationships.  Working one-on-one with clients allows me to support them in identifying patterns of behavior that may be adversely affecting present day relationships.  Additionally, we work together to create positive changes to help alleviate negative feelings, behaviors, and symptoms.

Couples Therapy

Each couple therapy session is 50 minutes in length.  Initially I meet with a couple together for the first session and then meet with each person individually for one session.  This gives me the opportunity to learn about clients as a couple and also as individuals.  We then work together with both individual and couple sessions, as needed, to create a happier and healthier relationship.  If clients determine their best avenue is to end the relationship, I am available to work them through the transition.

Family Therapy

Each family therapy session is 50 minutes in length.  Initially I meet with the family together for the first session and then with each person individually for one session.  This gives me the opportunity to learn about the clients as a family and also as individuals.  We then work together with both individual and family sessions, as needed, to create a happier and healthier family relationship.

Co-Parent Counseling

The end of a relationship is never easy. For some, the end is a natural evolution, for others it is a time of deep sadness, for others it is an extremely painful experience, both financially and emotionally. Although every relationship starts and ends in different ways, the obstacle every parent faces is how to effectively co-parent when the loving relationship is over.

Raising emotionally happy and healthy children is every parent’s goal. You want what is best for your children. However, there is often emotional turmoil that constantly threatens to jeopardize the co-parenting relationship. You are not alone in your feelings and your feelings are not unimportant.

There are ways to repair yourself while preserving your children and your ability to co-parent. Children need their parents and you can create a positive and cooperative co-parent relationship! Create the co-parenting relationship your children deserve! Don’t wait to make positive changes in your life and to your co-parent relationship.

Change can happen even if you attend counseling without your co-parent.
